You want love to feel easy again. In your partnership, you:
Or maybe things are generally going well, and you:
I provide therapy in-person in Baltimore City and online for folks anywhere in Maryland.
Work with me feels curious, understanding, balanced between each partner’s concerns, gently challenging of each partner’s role in your dynamic, educational, and healing.
Couples who I work with have successfully learned skills and tools to improve their communication, learned how to be more open to and emotionally supportive of each other, and taken brave steps to shift their relationships in ways that work best for them.
I offer 85-minute appointments biweekly, monthly or less frequently depending on your need and my availability. I find that a longer appointment time allows time and space for both members of the couple to receive adequate space for their concerns and to practice skills or strategize about how to implement the work we've done during the appointment.
Fees:
$375 per 85-minute appointment
I am an out-of-network (OON) provider for all private health insurance plans.
I can provide a superbill after each appointment that you can submit to your insurance for OON reimbursement or I work with Thrizer, a service that submits superbills on your behalf.
You can use an HSA or FSA to pay therapy fees.
I do not accept Medicaid for couples therapy.
Therapy appointments are:
85 minutes.
Appointment Hours:
10:45am to 5pm (last appointment begins at 4pm) Monday through Wednesday
